You are not alone. Poor sleep leads to accidents, depression and taking a toll on your physical and mental health.
To function well experts say the average adult needs between 7 and 8 hours of sleep. A person with underlying health conditions may need more.
Contact your health care provider to help identify and treat sleep disturbances so you can get the rest you need.
