Buckles, Cracks, Chips = Slip, Trips, Falls

Warm weather is creeping in and everyone is ready to get outside. It’s also the time sidewalks decide to buckle, crack, and chip.

A quick break to get some fresh air? A walk for lunch? The last thing you want is for someone to get hurt. Falls account for nearly 1/3 of all non-fatal injuries in the U.S.

Sidewalk repair can be a quick inexpensive fix if maintained regularly. Don’t be caught off guard make sure your sidewalks and parking lots are not tripping hazards!

Approximately 20% of MBWCF workers’ compensation expenses are due to slip, trip, and fall injuries.
