Are You Sleep Deprived?

In America, 70% of adults report that they obtain insufficient sleep at least one night a month, and 11% report insufficient sleep every night.

Michigan is one of the top 11 states where a prevalence of adults get less than 7 hours of sleep.

In 2011 Writing in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the researchers estimated that lost productivity due to poor sleep costs $3,156 per employee with insomnia and averaged about $2,500 for those with less severe sleep problems, and the numbers have not changed much since then. A separate study in 2019 showed an average of $3,500 per employee.

Stick to a bedtime and a nighttime routine and you will quickly see a difference in the way you feel.
