Know What Not To Do

Anxiety Disorder is one of the most common mental conditions today. Knowing the signs of the disorder, what to do, and what not to do can be a big help.


It can be difficult to empathize if you do not have intimate contact with this disorder. It is normal for everyone to experience anxiety at times but this can become anxiety disorder when it interferes with your ability to function, overreacting when something triggers your emotions, or you can’t control your responses to situations.
